F45 Training

Free; ages 18+
This class combines three innovative fitness training styles into a single dynamic cardio workout: high-intensity interval training, circuit training and functional training. The F in F45 stands for functional fitness, designed to enhance daily movements, while the 45 represents the length of the 45-minute session.
Surf & Turf
Sunday, Aug. 25, 9 to 10 a.m.
$10 for the public, free for hotel guests
Experience an invigorating workout with Natalie Addison of MVMNT West Palm Beach, designed to engage every major muscle group. This high-energy class features a blend of cardio exercises, functional movements and core strengthening to boost your heart rate and burn calories. Finish with a refreshing, guided cool-down in the pool and a short mindfulness session.
