Panther Ridge Conservation Center hosts an unforgettable evening in support of its magnificent feline residents. The annual “Walk on the Wild Side” fundraiser will take place on Thursday, March 27, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Panther Ridge Conservation Center, located at 2143 D Road in Loxahatchee Groves.
Guests will enjoy an evening under the stars, complete with cocktails, dinner, live music and a silent auction. Tickets are $150 and can be reserved by calling (561) 795-8914. Sponsorships are also still available for those looking to make a lasting impact.
Proceeds from the evening benefit the 24 resident cats of Panther Ridge, which represent 10 different species, including cheetahs, jaguars, leopards, and clouded leopards—six of which are considered endangered. The sanctuary is committed to conservation through education and provides a safe, enriching habitat for its animal ambassadors.
This year’s “Walk on the Wild Side” will also feature a special appearance by animal behaviorist and television personality Jarod Miller. Known for his hundreds of national television appearances—including The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Late Night with Conan O’Brien—Miller brings a passion for wildlife and a flair for entertainment that promises to inspire and educate.
The event is chaired by Judy Berens and supported by a dedicated committee of community leaders: Kim Jakubowski, John Greene, Peter and Diane Avonda, Francis Hill, Meg Weinberger, Stacy Walgreen, Kim Dryer, Mark Boyhan, Michelle Lefkowitz, Kathleen Gannon and Lindsay Strafuss.
Sponsorship opportunities offer unique perks and exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Panther Ridge:
