Mia Rosebud, a new Italian establishment in South Florida with a supper club concept, has introduced the Endless Aperitive Hour, a Monday happy hour that runs from opening to closing, 4 to 9:30 p.m.
As during the regular happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday, cocktails, spirits, wines and beers are priced between $5 and $8, and oysters are $2.50 each. Heartier options like jumbo shrimp cocktail, bakery flatbread and a variety of sliders are available for under $13.
Twist Off Tuesday offers half-priced bottles of wine under $100.
Step back in time to the Prohibition era with $5 house-barreled Manhattans and old-fashioneds on Speakeasy Wednesday. Ladies Night on Thursdays creates a chic ambience with $5 glasses of rosé and Tito’s martinis.
Mia Rosebud, the newest location of the Illinois-based Rosebud Restaurant Group, opened in late February with iconic cuisine and unmatched style. The lavish 7,000-square-foot venue, designed by Jackson Harlan, boasts an open kitchen surrounded by sweeping curved banquettes in vibrant orange leather. The space is accentuated with rich espresso-toned wood and sophisticated lighting that casts a warm amber glow.
The restaurant includes a semiprivate dining room with plush seating draped in red velvet and walls adorned with photos celebrating the rich history of Rosebud’s owner, Ales Dana, and his connections with renowned figures such as Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra. Mia Rosebud also has a chic bar area and an enclosed piazza for outdoor dining.
The menu presents a modern twist on upscale Chicago-style Italian cuisine, blending Dana’s family recipes with bold creations. It includes classic steakhouse dishes and special offerings tailored for Boca Raton.
Mia Rosebud is at 150 E. Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. For more information, visit rosebudrestaurants.com.
